Full Description

{1} A windmill is recorded on the east side of the Glapthorne road in the early 19th century on the Inclosure map.

{3} Windmill, Glapthorn Road
Stone tower mill built in late 18th century and continued in use until 20th century - demolished in 1964. There is a stone house facing on to Glapthorn Road, in front of the plot of land with the mill on, which is still in existence.
