Full Description

{1} Field searched 1981 by IM Hawkins and SG Pulley using metal detectors. Finds include 34 bronze corroded coins of 3rd century date. These including 7 3rd century radiates, and 8 4th century types. One silver 3rd century antoninianus. One bronze celtic coin of Catuvellaunian type weighing 25.5 grains. Other finds include a brooch fragment, a pendant a lead steelyard weight. Lead/pewter spoon bowl, bronze attachment and misc iron objects.
