Full Description

{1} Bronze dish ornamented with Old Testament scenes and an inscription, identified as a rare 'Hansa' dish of the Romanesque period. Sold for £11,000 at Sotheby's April 1982 and purchased for the British Museum. Located in river dredgings in May 1991.
