Full Description

{2} Pioneer Aggregates Quarry. Extensive excavations and watching brief ahead of gravel extraction was commenced. The main excavation area comprised a pair of small conjoined Iron Age enclosures. Their interior was stripped but no positive evidence for building was uncovered.
