{5} The cropmark remains of a curvilinear enclosure of Neolithic or Bronze Age date centred at SP 5009 3478 approximately 400m east of the River Cherwell within the parish of Kings Sutton. The site was mapped and recorded during the RCHME Northamptonshire NMP as a possible Neolithic henge monument. The site appears as a cropmark of two concentric circular enclosures of 70m and 120m in diameter. The inner enclosure has two opposing terminally defined entrances to the NNE and SSW.
The site is also referred to as a possible Neolithic henge monument in The Raunds Area Project published by English Heritage in 2007. However, it is possible that the enclosure is Bronze Age in date.
The site was seen as a faint cropmark when photographed by English Heritage in July 2006.
