Type and Period (1)
Full Description
{1} Cropmarks of an irregular enclosure and geological features;
{2}Small sub-rectangular enclosure contains an oval ditch measuring 18m by 11m which represents a possible house.Fieldwalking evidence did not provide any clue as to date - no Iron Age pottery and slight density of Romano-British pottery would appear to be dueto manuring scatter. Minor concentration of flint - only slightly denser than in surrounding area.
