Full Description
{1} To the south-west of the village on either side of the hollow way to Muscott House are ditched closes with house sites edging the hollow way (marked 'c' on the earthwork plan). Faint traces of mutilated ridge and furrow within the closes suggests that this part of the village at least was laid out on top of earlier fields.
