Full Description
{2} On the higher ground and behind the existing cottages is a further group of ditched and scarped enclosures (marked 'f' on the earthwork plan Fig.147). These are bounded to the south-east by a lane which continued as a hollow way to the east, and another wider hollow way to the north-west which runs along the south side of the mound upon which the church stands.
