Full Description

{4} Much of the ridge and furrow is strikingly well-preserved, particularly round the village where it exhibits some unusual features. For example, to the north of the garden remains at SP601693 the ridges are long and widely spaced with very narrow ridges between them. No conclusive explanation of these features can be reached.
