Timber yard belonging to Earl Spencer recorded in 1962. At that point it comprised a collection of timber and brick buildings with narrow gauge railway system for manhandling timber.

Full Description

{1} Timber and brick buildings with engines and pumps for driving the plant. Was still in use in the 1960s. Also a narrow gauge railway. Attached to Harlestone Firs. A Marshall Duplex portable engine drove the pumps for the creosote plant [photo].
