Full Description

{3} The ridge and furrow are aligned north-north-east to south-south-west and c130m long and are evenly spaced at 6m apart. Geophysical survey detected two positive magnetic linear anomalies which may relate to former ditches. The ditches appear to pre-date the ridge and furrow and may be part of an earlier, prehistoric or Roman, field system.
