Formerly Chapman Bros, Sarah Cass, D.S. Croale & Sons, James Soutar & Faire Bros. A range of single storey leather warehouses on the south side of Dunster Street. These identical buildings are constructed of brick. Ordnance Survey and other mapping, suggest that they were built c.1890
