Summary

Small two-storey, two-bay building, probably originally built circa 1890 as a store attached to No 64 Overstone Road. The workshop is built of brick with a hipped roof covered in slate. Ordnance Survey and other mapping, suggests that it was built c.1880. Uncertain link with leather industry.
