Summary
Ager & Elliot (Boot Upper Manufacturer) & Albert Allen (Builder). A three-storey terraced house with a workshop at the rear. Both the house and the workshop are constructed from brick with slate covered roofs. Ordnance Survey and other mapping, suggests that they were built c.1880.
