Summary
A brick built boot and shoe factory on the junction of Colwyn Road and Hunter Street. It is nine bays long and three bays wide with four storeys including a basement. It is first shown on the Ordnance Survey maps in 1899. WF Strickland Ltd. (Formerly James Birch and Birch & Chater). Locally listed building.

Full Description
{1} c.1885 boot and shoe factory of three storeys.
{3} A brick built boot and shoe factory on the junction of Colwyn Road and Hunter Street. It is nine bays long and three bays wide and has four storeys including a basement. It is first shown on the Ordnance Survey maps in 1899.
This factory was once occupied by James Birch and later by W F Strickland.
