{1} Built in 1895 for the firm of Livingston, Inglis & Co as a leather warehouse by the architects Mosley & Anderson who also designed the Express Boot factory at Bunting Hollow. After 1905 it became the Water Department- a new, much bigger leather warehouse had been built at 50 Fish Street for Malcolm Inglis & Co, the successors to the earlier company.
Square plan with two storeys with attics and basement, built on a corner site. Gabled east-west with three gables to Fish Street. The Dychurch Lane and Fish Street elevations are built in a dark red brick with a rendered top storey and deep stone heads to the basement windows.
