A low circular mound with shallow ditch was found in 1958. A flint scraper has been found here.

Full Description

{1} A low circular mound with shallow ditch found in 1958.

{3} Earthwork of low mound much spread by ploughing; now only 0.3m high; also traces of an outer ditch which would make the original diameter c.60m. Find of a flint scraper.

{4} (SP816591) Tumulus; flint scraper found by E D Bailey 1958.

{5} At SP8159 5904 in an arable field in a low mound. Much spread by the plough, it is now only 0.3m high. There are also fragmentary traces of an outer ditch which would make the original diameter of the feature c 60.0m Probably a round barrow, and possibly that noted by Pretty at c.SP808595 (SP85NW 1).
