Summary
Africa Exclusive (Formerly J.& J.Brown, A.Jones & Sons Ltd., Church's). This boot and shoe factory is situated at the junction of Palmerston Road and Stockley Street. It consists of two brick-built ranges of the 1880s and 1890s. They are shown on the 1899 Ordnance Survey map.

Full Description
{1} The three factories on Stockley Street all have cast iron windows.
{2} Two main phases, both built between 1884 and 1893. Signs, which have subsequently been overpainted, read 'Sole makers of the "indispensable" Boots and Shoes' and 'Hunting Boot Makers' related to the ownnership of the factory by Alfred Jones & Sons.
