{1} Offices for Boot and Shoe Factory? Commercial Street. Possible location of Thomas Gadsby and Sons, Commercial Street, trading as boot and shoe manufacturers, curriers and leather merchants from he late 1890's to 1910. House or offices which are now boarded up. Has faded sign on side claiming that it is a shoe manufacturers premises. Film 5, photo 16. Linear industrial building Film 5, photo 17 would appear to be part of much larger building shown on 1900 OS map. Both buildings are a possible location of Thomas Gadsby and Sons, Commercial Street
