Summary

Former school, designed by Repton in 1806, built in 1807 and 1808. In 1925 an upper floor was added when the school was incorporated in a large house for the Countess of Bandon; only the west side was left unencumbered

Full Description

{1} Designed by Repton in 1806, built in 1807-8. In 1925 an upper floor was added when the school was incorporated into a large house for The Countess of Bandon. Only the west side was left unencumbered.

{2} Originally a simple rectangular with crow-stepped end gables, that to the north having a mock Perpendicular window. Designed in 1806 and built in 1807-8. In 1833 a cottage was added for the schoolmistress. Both buildings were considerably altered when they were joined together to form a larger residence in 1925.
