A boot and shoe factory that is located on Mill Road. This two-storey boot and shoe factory is located on the south side of Mill Road. Built in the early 20th century it is a brick-built gabled-building with a rectangular plan.

Full Description
{2} This two-storeyed works was probably built shortly after 1899 and probably for leather-trades use, but directory entries are insufficiently precise to identify early occupants. The snitary tower places midway along the west-facing elevation appears to be original. Probably shortly after 1924 a small two-storeyed range was added projecting westwards from the north end.
