Full Description

{1} Site 7. Analysis of flint assemblages from the sites reveals a mixed period of occupation ranging from the early Neolithic to the early Bronze Age. Site 7 is by far the largest in the parish and shows continuity from the early Neolithic (blade cores, leaf arrowhead, and fairly large scrapers) through to the early Bronze Age (thumb scrapers and rough cores). Details of the flints are presented in Table 2.

{2} The fieldwalking survey revealed a low level of Bronze Age lithics across the survey area.
