Full Description

{1} Area A was by far the largest of the limestone scatters, located on the summit of the ridge. Some of the stones showed signs of burning, the latter possibly of recent origin. There was some furnace slag, but not as much as in the lower areas. A piece of tile was recovered from this scatter.
