Full Description
{1} Area 'D' was of an obvious rectangular outline, with large amounts of big stones around the perimeter. The enclosed area was lower than the rest of the field. The amounts of furnace slag here were not great. A small piece of red pottery was recovered, with a black glaze on its internal surface.
