{1} On the north side of the Hall is a turning circle. From this there is a view down the main north-west axis and the surviving trees of its avenue, set between which 350m from the Hall is Ladies’ Pool, now enlarged and irregular in outline but in the C18 rectangular.
{2} At the north west end, close to the stream, are the remains of a small pond which was clearly once much larger.
