Full Description
{1} Moss Hall Spinney. Moss Hall itself no longer survives, but a later C19 photograph shows a circular limestone ashlar building with crenellations. Five irregularly spaced gothick openings gave views to landmarks such as church spires. It is tempting to attribute the building to Robert Mitchell.
