Full Description

{1} SP915763 (former Mon No 1214), flints, Romano-British and possible Anglo-Saxon pottery, rubble scatter.
Fieldwork in 1983-84 expanded upon Hall’s observations and revealed a very dense scatter of flints, and Romano-British and Anglo-Saxon (or possibly Iron Age) pottery. Romano-British pottery, though in less abundance, was also noted in the field to the east.
