Full Description
{1} In 1817 the only visible building associated with the newly emerging designed landscape is a small rectangular structure on the site of Ashton Wold Farm, presumably replaced by the present buildings c.1900.
{2} The only buildings at that date (1810) in this part of the estate were those of the farm tucked into the south-east corner of the main rides crossing. This appears on both the sale map of 1858 and the conveyance map of 1860
