{1} This single-storeyed show factory was built on a greenfield site, probably in the 1960s. It has a steel frame with pale brown facing brick, and flat roofs incorporating north-lights. Shown on 1969 OS map. Owned by T. Groocock and Co. and used for sales, administration and warehousing.
