Full Description
{1} Fields below Grange Park Farm and the golf course. This area yielded prolific Roman C.100AD pottery, around 50 sherds were noted, so there could have been many more. There was also an excellent rim fragment from a green glass bowl or fim from a flask from the 2nd/ 3rd century, imported ware. There were also pieces of tile which may be Romano-British.
