Full Description

{1} T.C. Welsh describes a possible ringwork, elevation n1 to 1.5m above surrounding ground, the profile of which is much altered by the cultivation patterns but appears to have been 55m in diameter within a ditch and possibly an outer bank. Slightly to the north east is a trapezoidal platform altered by ridge and furrow.

{2} Trenches were placed to investigate these possible earthworks. No archaeological features were recovered; the 'features' corresponded to changes in the underlying natural geology of the area.
