Summary

Field barn constructed of ironstone with a half-hipped Welsh slate roof. Large cart entrance on both elevations and windows to the first floor hayloft. First floor ventilation slits in each gable. Machine-sawn (?) roof trusses.

Full Description

{1} Rectangular stone and brick built barn; stone exterior, brick interior. Under a half-hipped, 'Welsh' slated roof, partially missing; simple wooden trusses appear intact. Partially surviving main door at ground level and at 'first' storey. Neglected, derelict condition. Adjoining are partially collapsed corrugated iron roofed lean-to ancillary structures. Earthwork remains of adjoining former yard. Photos.
