Full Description

{1} Sets of cinerary pottery were found in pits 110, 97 and 98. They consisted of three or four vessels to each burial, and included some of the finest pottery found on the site. Pits 94 and 96 resembled the above pits when first seen, and it was thought that these too would have contained cremation urns, but there was insufficient time to investigate them further.
