Full Description

{1} Two buildings existed here, one succeeding the other. The first of these, represented by robber trenches, is datable by its occupation layers to the C2nd. The later building, with footings still partly surviving, was built on the rubble of the first. The area was sealed off by a layer of silt containing C4th coins, showing that the building was probably abandoned by the middle of that century.
