Full Description
{1} The structure is built into a grassed and wooded scarp and is largely buried. The former access to the structure leads to an area of hard standing. Only the roof, south east and part of the south west elevations of the structure are visible. It comprises a single slab reinforced concrete roof measuring 3.44m x 4.64m, 6in thick, with a small projection to the south east ove the entrance. Traces of iron reinforcing bars are visible. The external walls are of mortared brick/ The walls are c.13.5in thick and remains of iron ventilator grills can be seen. The interior of the structure was not accessible. Discussion regarding use and significance. Photos.
