Full Description

{1} T.C. Welsh describes a sub-oval enclosure, some 600m by 400m, formed by intermittent surviving features, including headlands which may predate ridge and furrow. Two similar entrances, or entrance like features, one north, one east, which athough associated with modern trackways, appear early.
