{2} Iron Age and Roman sherds, and flint pebbles were found in January 1966 at SP713661.

{3} Iron Age and Roman settlementy (?) (SP 711662),on Northampton Sand at 98m above OD.Iron Age and Roman sherds associated with a scatter of pebbles were discovered in the area in 1966. Published grid reference {2} incorrect:inf WRG Moore.
