Full Description
{1} A courtyard complex of at least eight farm buildings with yard. Built of stone, brick as well as a mix of such materials, the buildings include two barns along with cow house, stable and other stock/ machinery buildings. At least one roofless structure is present but others remain in agricultural use. Whilst parts of this farm building complex will be of 19th century origin, some parts might potentially be of earlier origin.
{2} A rapid survey of the farmbuildings was undertaken. They comprise a mix of barns and stock buildings constructed of either limestone or brick (the later buildings appear to be largely built of brick) with clay tile roofs, apart from one barn which has an asbestos roof.
