Full Description
{1} A reinforced concrete and brick structure with large glass and flat roof areas provided at first floor level above shops. There is an entrance hall and staircase at ground floor with a garage which is unused for transport. There is also a second floor level work room and administation accommodation for the Librarian. A large volume building of impressive is somewhat impractical proportions.
