Full Description

{1} Four flint flakes and four sherds of Iron Age pottery were recovered from the top soil.

{2} 50 sherds of a fine thin-walled vessel of probable early Iron Age date were distibuted along a seam of disturbed limestone. A socketed axe was found on the surface of the bedrock in the trench.
