Full Description

{1} Detached house. 1956-57. Designed by Raymond Erith. Bath stone, ashlar, low pitched roof behind low parapet. Georgian revival manner. 2 storeys, 3 bays. Entrance façade with central square-headed entrance; 4 panelled door. Square-headed sash windows to ground and first floor, to outer bays, with glazing bars. Blind window above entrance. Full width pediment with ball finials to outer edges, and inset oculus. Rubblestone diagonally sloping screen walls to left and right. Garden front similar. INTERIOR: not inspected but undoubtedly of interest.
