Full Description

{1} A cemetery of four acres was formed in 1898 and contains a mortuary chapel, it was controlled by the corporation acting as the burial board. The lodge fronting on to the cemetery is of red brick with the decorative use of stone and mock timber framing. There is a large central arch in the centre of the building. Film 3, photo 25.
