Full Description
{1} Photographic survey of the buildings. The stone buildings appear to be of a single build and there is no obvious evidence of alterations, such as blocked-up openings, which might have indicated the re-use of earlier structures. The 1841 map depicts a complex of agricultural buildings at Castle Farm that are similar in plan to the extant buildings. Earlier maps depict a completely different layout of buildings.
{2} Watching brief during conversion of buildings to domestic use.
