Full Description

{1} Map shows a post medieval/modern warren. Circa 1725 it was known as 'Dog Hole' and became known as 'New Warren' only in the C19th. This presumably means that the warren was a post-1725 creation. In Sywell and Ecton SP819652; remains as walled enclosure

{2} New warren first appears by 1770.
