Full Description

{1} T.C. Welsh describes traces of a ditch about 5m wide at the base of the slope, following the same arc as the hillfort from SP73825815 to SP73915821. Several north-south banks or cultivation ridges can also be seen.

{2} T.C. Welsh speculates that he has found traces of the ditch on the surface about 100metres south & southwest of the fort & he believes that this area wasn't quarried as other people believe.
