Geophysical survey anomalies interpreted as possible pits, which were, during trial trench excavation, shown to be modern land drains

Full Description

{1} Scattered positive and negative anomalies are identified across the area. These don't appear to correlate to indicate any pattern but due to their magnetic response they have been marked as of possible archaeological interest.

{2} The geophyical survey results were found to have been caused by the presence of land drains.
