Full Description

{1} Across much of the site there are widely spaced parallel, often curving linear anomalies that appear to reveal a pattern of former ridge and furrow cultivation.

{2} The remains of furrows from medieval ridge and furrow cultivation were recorded in trenches 4, 18, and 21-25. A sample furrow was excavated.
