Full Description
{1} A well with a shaft 1.6m in diameter and lined with roughly dressed ironstone blocks measuring up to 560x400x120mm. The well pit had a diameter of 3.1m and was backfilled with ironstone rubble. The well had no dateable finds but was probably related to the present hall.
