Full Description

{1} The earliest map to show farm buildings on the site is 1763 although it is not possible to tell if the store is one of the buildings mapped. The earliest map on which the store building is identifiable is the 1880s 1st edition OS map.
The building comprises a garage and open fronted store, and is constructed of random coursed lias limestone walls. The door and window openings are of red facing brickwork. The building was heavily refurbished in 2000 with a new roof and floors. Photos.
