Full Description
{1} Brick built single storey building under a single pitch, corrugated asbestos clad roof. Possible, low brick extension to rear. Large sliding/ folding doors occupy most of the wide west elevation facing Elizabeth Street. The doors may be a later addition. The greater part of the building appears to be present on the 1800s 1st edition OS map.
Local oral testimony is that the building was originally built and used as a Co-operative Society laundry serving the town. Currently used as a store/garage.
